2-4 Unit Investment Property Appraisals

The Appraisal of a multi-family property includes an interior and exterior inspection of the property.  The appraiser provides an opinion of value based on one of the three valuation methods; Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach and/or Income Approach.
